Three Deltona residents face narcotics and other charges hours after collecting $20,000 from a Florida lottery scratch-off ticket, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
Luis Correa, 39, was charged with possession of heroin and other drug charges as well as two counts of sale of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school. Migdalia Cruz, 59, the mother of Correa also was charged with sale of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school.
