Florida man shot in buttocks over restaurant bill, police say

An argument over a restaurant bill escalated into gunfire in South Melbourne Sunday evening, according to police reports. Officers responded to the 100 block of East University Boulevard just before 8:30 p.m. after a man reported being shot in the buttocks by 29-year-old David Rodriguez.
